Versico

Mechanically Attached Systems

This lightweight, easy maintenance option is the most widely-installed system in commercial roofing. Mechanically attached roofs are held in place by plates and fasteners secured through the membrane and into the deck. This stability makes them an ideal choice for areas with moderate winds.

Fully Adhered Systems

Fully adhered systems offer the highest degree of stability and uplift protection. They’re perfect for high elevations and high wind areas. Versico also offers a full line of adhesives for full adhered systems.

About RapidLock Systems

This attachment method provides a fully-adhered EPDM or TPO system without the use of adhesives. The RapidLock (RL) system utilizes VELCRO® Brand Securable Solutions to achieve performance on par with traditional fully-adhered systems. RapidLock provides up to 80% labor savings compared to traditional adhesives and up to 25% labor savings compared to a traditional VersiFleece system.

About Induction Welded Systems

This version of a mechanically fastened installation method utilizes induction welding plates, secured with the help of a portable induction welding tool. Benefits of this installation method include no odors or VOCs, and a minimal amount of noise for building occupants.

About Vent Secured System

This revolutionary assembly uses vents that harness the power of the wind to lock roof membranes in place. VacuSeal systems are quick and easy to install and save cost and labor by substantially reducing the amount of glue, ballast, or fasteners a project requires.

VERSICO HISTORY

Versico has been the innovator in single ply roofing dating back to the early 80’s.  From its start in Akron, Ohio as the roofing division of one of the largest tire and rubber manufacturers in the world, to changing the roofing industry as we know it today by introducing Versiweld TPO to the marketplace in 1990,  innovation, world class technical support, environmentally friendly, high performance, energy efficient roofing systems is our trademark.  Raise the V, to Vertical Integration, Value added services, and the Very best roofing systems in the world.

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) membrane is the largest segment in the commercial roofing industry, and Versico has the TPO experience you want in a manufacturer. Versiweld TPO membranes were the first in the industry, and  have a thicker and smoother top ply over scrim for enhanced long-term weathering, as well as the industry-leading OctaGuard XT weathering package. With enhanced long-term energy efficiency and strong heat-welded seams, TPO is a great choice for many different building types.  Find our why we are the smarter choice in TPO

Why PVC?

pvcadvantages

VersiFlex™ PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and KEE (ketone ethylene ester) single-ply membranes have been providing protection and performance for decades, making them a popular choice among roofing consultants and specifiers. PVC’s excellent resistance to chemicals, grease, fire, and punctures make it an ideal choice for a wide variety of buildings – especially restaurants.

VERSIFLEECE MEMBRANES

Why VersiFleece?

versifleeceadvantages

VersiFleece fleece-backed membranes have exceptional puncture resistance, and feature up to 75% fewer seams than modified bitumen roofing systems – providing contractors with significant labor savings. Perfect for re-roofing or new projects in areas requiring puncture resistance and wind uplift performance.

Why EPDM?

I-iNwMwi

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) offers a proven history of performance based on superior flexibility, elongation, UV, and hail damage resistance. EPDM is ideal for buildings in northern climates. Dark-colored EPDM helps save heating costs and white EPDM helps save cooling costs.
