Hickman Edge Systems TerminEdge is an easy to install, ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435 ES-1 tested and FM Approved fascia system for virtually any commercial roofing assembly. The three-piece snap-on system helps improve rooftop productivity and offers exceptional performance. All five TerminEdge options provide superior protection from wind and water penetration.

Roofer’s Edge products are designed for easy application on buildings that don’t require Factory Mutual tested edge systems. However, these products are ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435/ES-1 tested and come with a 15-year Excel Warranty for wind speeds up to 90 mph.
Coping
Hickman Edge Systems PermaSnap Coping is ANSI/SPRI/FM 4435 ES-1 tested for use on parapet walls up to 32-inches wide. The three-piece system includes self-locating pre-punched clips, concealed splices with integral gutter system, and snap-on cap for rooftop productivity. PermaSnap offers some of the highest wind performance ratings in the industry and all four PermaSnap options provide superior protection from wind and water penetration.
